This Manhattan duplex is located in the historic Ansonia Hotel, with its main living room beingin one of the turrets of the building. In order to speak to the rounded architecture of the room, many of the items were custom-made, such as the round silk rug, the crystal light fixture, sofa, and the 400 lb. lucite coffee table. The large foyer in the middle of the apt, outfitted in custom designed cabinetry, houses overflow storage for dishes, serving space for parties, and a full wet-bar. 

This condominium/townhome property in Brooklyn’s Prospect Heights, has it’s own elevator, with direct street access. A custom lounge area for entertaining was created, which doubles as a dining area, with an expandable table to seat 8-10 people. Also, to enhance the warmth and depth of the space, custom window treatments taking into account the street-level windows, antiqued mirror, grasscloth wall coverings, vintage lighting and rugs, and a custom designed fireplace were added.

This amazing 6-story townhouse for an international business couple and their family was a true collaboration with the clients, including travels to India & China to handpick furnishings for the residence. Included, (but not seen) in the residence is a theater in the basement, and an added rooftop penthouse/entertainment area with a wet bar, and a pizza oven on the deck.

This unique residence is in a transformed storage warehouse in Tribeca, complete with the loading dock number still on the building above their street-front entry. The 3,000s.f. triplex features custom trompe-l’oeil painted walls in the main living area, and custom furnishings throughout.
